SAN DIEGO, Texas — Protocols, or the lack of them, resulted in the death of a puppy at the San Diego Animal Shelter.
Although help was offered from the Taft Animal Control, the lack of action by city officials there declining the help may have led to the death of this dog. The puppy was diagnosed with parvo last week and was dying.
