CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — If you've driven by the site of the old Mount Carmel nursing home on Alameda at Everhart you probably noticed the whole structure has been torn down.
But, there is still a lot of demolition work to be done.
Once crews haul away all the debris from the building, they'll start demolition on the basement.
There's no timeline yet for completing the job.
As we've reported, the back two acres of the property will become the new home for the Ronald McDonald House.
And the front portion of the property is slated for retail development.
