CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The budget for the new Del Mar College southside campus will be discussed tomorrow during a board of regents meeting.
A decision will be made by the board on the $107 million dollar price tag for the campus.
But there's been some minor aesthetic changes in the plan, like eliminating a four-floor terrace on the library and a walkway between the library and administration building.
That's lowered the pricetag for the project.
But with the changes, construction has been pushed back.
Work on the buildings and parking lot is expected to begin next spring.
The campus is expected to be finished in 2022.
