CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — CASA of the Coastal Bend is looking for volunteers to help provide some stability in the lives of vulnerable children.
The nonprofit organization currently has a list of 64 foster children in the area who are on the waiting list for a court appointed special advocate.
Plus, an additional 157 foster kids are waiting to get a spot on the waiting list. That's where volunteers can help.
Because the COVID-19 pandemic, a virtual information session is available to anyone interested in becoming a volunteer. It's available every Wednesday at noon.
