PORT ARANSAS, Texas — Firefighters in Port Aransas are knocking out a brush fire that started after a house caught fire earlier this evening.

Port A Firefighters requested assistance just after 7:30 this evening from additional fire fighting agencies.
This video was recorded around 11th street near access road 1-A in Port Aransas.
There's no word on what started the fire at this time.
The home is reported as a total loss.
