CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A lawsuit against the Diocese of Corpus Christi that was dismissed earlier this month may be back on.
Attorneys for Father John Feminelli and Monsignoer Michael Heras have filed an a appeal with the 13th Court of Appeals.
The two priests sued the diocese after their names appeared on a list of 26 clerics that the diocese said were credibly accused of sexually abusing minors.
That list was released in January.
No reason was given for the lawsuit's dismissal earlier this month.
