Students at Miramar Head Start got a special Christmas visit from the Corpus Christi Fire Department today.
Staff at the school were wanting to get gifts for the kids, and called CCFD for help.
Fire fighters organized to buy more than 100 toys, and today delivered the gifts.
“That’s what we’re here for, to try to make someone else’s day brighter,” said CCFD Capt. James Brown. “That’s what we do on a daily basis, its try to make someone else’s life better.”
