Rainy weather forced a popular holiday event indoors tonight.
Robstown’s 4th annual Winter Wonderland was supposed to kick off with a parade, but wet weather led to those plans being scrapped.
Instead, 40,000 pounds of snow was taken inside the Richard M. Borchard Fairgrounds for children and the young at heart to play with, along with rides and prizes for the kids.
Attorney Thomas J. Henry sponsored tonight’s event.
