Last May, family-owned restaurant Sang’s Imperial Cafe caught fire.
Since then, the restaurant at 4650 Corona Dr. has been closed.
After a year and a half of renovations, Imperial Cafe is re-opening its doors at 11:30 a.m. today.
Their new menu incorporates new entrees inspired by the Sang’s Laotian heritage, as well as bringing back some local favorite sushi rolls. The revamped Imperial Cafe also has a unique, Asian-modern style to their new restaurant.
There will be a limited menu for the first few weeks. After Thanksgiving, a full menu will be available.
The cafe is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
