A new exhibit is set to make waves at Sea World and Aquatica San Antonio.

Named Turtle Reef, five percent of the exhibit’s merchandise sales will go to the Amos Rehabilitation Keep, providing resources for the rehabilitation center.

Sea World says the Turtle Reef exhibit will give visitors an up-close look at threatened and endangered sea turtles.

The exhibit will also feature rescued turtles and turtles that could not be released back into the wild, including turtles from the ARK.

Sea World and Aquatica park President Carl Lum says the reason why they chose the ARK for a partnership was because they wanted to find an organization in Texas that helped save animals in the wild.

Lum says the ARK and Sea World have a history together, working together to rescue cold-stunned turtles in the winter months.
