Kentucky Fried Chicken – KFC- has a new publicity stunt for expecting parents.
KFC wants parents to name their babies after its founder, Colonel Harland Sanders. The fast-food chain promises to donate $11,000 to the first baby born on the Colonel’s birthday bearing his name. The Colonel’s birthday is Septemeber 9th.
The $11,000 represents the company’s 11 herbs and spices. The money will go towards a college scholarship in that baby’s name. Submit an application online within 30 days of the baby’s birth for a chance to win.
The contest ends on October 9th.
