A popular Corpus Christi restaurant and entertainment venue will be holding a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest location tomorrow.
Brewster Street Icehouse is opening a new location on the northwest corner of Staples Street and Holly Road, and will officially break ground on the project August 22 at 4 p.m.
According to Brewster Street Icehouse, the restaurant’s new project is set to open in the fall of 2019, and promises to bring their unique take on Food Family and Fun to the Corpus Christi south side.
Brewster Street says the 10,000 square foot property will feature a beautiful dining area, large bar area, massive amounts of outdoor seating and; of course, a huge playground for the kids.
“We are constructing a beautiful property that will bring Brewster Street’s brand of family-oriented dining experience to the south side,” says Bill Durrill, Brewster Street managing partner.
Brewster Street says the ground-breaking ceremony will feature displays of the south side floor plans, complimentary food and drink, a presentation by dignitaries and partners as well as a ceremonial turning of the dirt.
