Noe Bocanegra has owned stores at the Sunrise Mall for 22 years.
Bocanegra first store was Rock N Roll Plus, and in 2007 he opened War and Peace Limited.
War and Peace Limited is stocked with military clothing, gear and other accessories. However, the end is coming soon.
Noe says he received a letter from Sunrise Mall management telling him he has to move out.
We reached out mall management but would not comment on these store closures. Management did confirm that the mall is on the market.
Originally, Bocanegra’s vacate date was set, but he says he was able to get an extension and hopes he can stay open at least for Veterans Day.
