CORPUS CHRISTI – Officers with the Financial Crime Division with the Corpus Christi Police Department are looking for someone who placed a credit card skimmer device on an automatic teller machine.
The skimmer was discovered by a convenience store manager in the 3800 block of Rodd Field Road near Airline Road around 5:00 pm Thursday afternoon.
According to police, an officer went to the location and picked up the device and marked the skimmer as evidence.
Senior Officer Travis Pace says the skimmer was picked up from the convenience store by an officer around 5:42 pm Thursday afternoon and tagged as evidence.
