CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — UPDATE: Power has been restored.
A massive power outage is effecting people around Waldron road in Flour Bluff.
According to AEP official Omar Lopez, the outage happened around 11 am, but the cause is still unknown.
AEP Texas says they have a crew working on it and they expect it to be fixed by 1:30 this afternoon.
