A Kentucky radio station is getting a lot of praise from their listeners after they played “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” for a couple of hours.

WAKY, a radio station based in Louisville Kentucky, decided to play the Christmas song after another radio station in Cleveland first banned the song from their holiday playlist.

WE LOVE THE SONG! Tomorow (Sunday) morning beginning at 8am, WAKY will play "Baby, It's Cold Outside" continuously…

Before airing the song, WAKY posted on their Facebook page they were committed to playing the song simply because they loved the song.

BABY, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE! We like it and we're not afraid to play it on WAKY for the next couple of hours!

Radio stations in California, Ohio and Canada have banned the song after the rise of the #METOO movement.

Critics say the lyrics describe a “date rape” scenario and the song no longer deserves a spot on Christmas playlists.
