CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It was a busy Labor Day weekend for the Corpus Christi Police Department.
According to the District Attorney, the Nueces County Jail booked 15 “Driving While Intoxicated" arrests.
Of those, 12 were first time offenders, while three were felony-level offenses.
This year police partnered with the "No Refusal" initiative, which mandates drivers who refuse a breathalyzer test undergo a blood test.
