CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Local officials will gather today to provide an update on the local response to the novel coronavirus pandemic during their daily press briefing.
Mayor Joe McComb, Nueces County Judge Barbara Canales, City Manager Peter Zanoni and City/County Public Health Director Annette Rodriguez are expected to speak today.
They will likely have updates on what Gov. Greg Abbott said to them after his visit to Corpus Christi on Tuesday as well as updates on the pandemic.
The news conference will take place at 5 p.m. today.
