Small town residents remain optimistic surrounding COVID-19 issues

ORANGE GROVE, TEXAS — Concerns with the COVID-19 have shaken cities and populations everywhere.

Small communities are known to be tight-knit and many people know each other.

But with the spread of COVID-19, folks in smaller populations say they’re doing what they can to stay optimistic.

The Lowes market is a hot-spot in Orange Grove however, many shoppers are noticing items missing from the shelves.

Other businesses and city buildings have closed their doors to help reduce the spread of the virus.

And people we also spoke to also say they know days will get better and say they just got to take it all one day at a time.
