Self COVID-19 testing is starting to make its way in the country, as one COVID-19 test you complete yourself has shown success in California.
The kiosk walks you through it.
Take a swab and wipe the inside of your mouth for 20 seconds.
Because the test is self-administered, it cuts the risk of exposure to others.
Test results will be emailed in 24 to 48 hours.
The city of Berkeley brought the kiosk back after more than 500 people were successfully tested.
Curative, the company that makes the test. says it is doing 60,000-70,000 tests a day.
And most of that is in Los Angeles, Texas and Florida.
