CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Due to changes in regulations and to ensure the safety and health of spectators, the country-and-western group Midland has announced its Dec. 12 concert at Whataburger Field has been postponed.
The Corpus Christi Hooks were involved with the promotion of the event and announced the postponement on their Facebook page.
Midland also announced that similar concerts scheduled Dec. 5 in Round Rock and Dec. 11 in San Antonio also have been postponed.
The team said that new dates for another Midland concert will be announced "very soon."
Once that date is announced, ticket holders will be contacted directly for either a full refund or tickets to watch their show on the new concert date.
