CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — COVID-19 has created major changes when it comes to Easter plans and church services.
Pursuit City Church members will have Easter Sunday service, but in a different way.
On any given Sunday, Pursuit City Church -- located at 1602 Baldwin Blvd. -- serves more than 50 people.
This Sunday, the church is inviting the community to join its Easter service, which begins at 10 a.m.
The church is keeping in mind orders which are in place along with social distancing, so lead pastor Matt Gamez has offered folks the opportunity to participate in a drive-in service.
Drivers are required to stay in their vehicles.
He said he plans to deliver a message of hope.
"This is a time to focus this is a time to evaluate what's important in their life, family, faith, you know what their commitments are,” Gamez said.
