CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — You've likely seen tons of campaign signs around town.

However, there are rules in place to regulate the signs.

Campaign signs must be at least 100 feet away from a poll location.

Also, people cannot campaign or wear campaign t-shirts within 100 feet of the polls.

On early Tuesday, County Clerk Kara Sands ordered her staff to take down all the signs outside of the courthouse,

which was an early voting location, but not a polling place.

Failure to abide by any of the rules, could result in a class A misdemeanor.
