Yesterday it was the Class 5A and 4A schools.
But today, we look at the Class 3A and 2A schools and their rankings in Dave Campbell Texas Football that was just released.
Similar to the Coastal Bend’s larger schools, there are plenty of schools represented on this season’s list. And we even have one area team sitting at the top with a prediction to take home this season’s state title.
In Class 3A – Division I, George West is No. 17.
In Class 3A Division II, Odem checks in at 22nd.
And in Class 2A, Refugio is the state’s top pick followed by No. 2 Mason, No. 3 Shiner and No. 4 San Saba. Refugio is projected to defeat San Saba in the state title game.
