Eating ribs for a good cause.
Some local law enforcement officers and some members of the media gathered today to eat some ribs for a good cause.
It was all to help raise awareness for Special Olympics Texas and the athletes that compete.
KRIS 6 News’ Jeremiah Marshall and Action 10’s Brenda Matute were some of the media members that took part in this eating contest.
The Texas Roadhouse served up the grub.
And as for those who came out the winner this year, it was the the Corpus Christi Fire Department.
