Infant swimming lessons provide critical water-survival skills

With the weather warming up, pools and the beach will become pretty popular destinations, especially for kids.

But did you know there’s a life-saving skill being taught to infants? That they could use if they fall in the water.

When it comes to water survival skills, you’re never too young to start learning.

Kids from age 6 months to 18 months are being taught how to survive if they fall in the water.

The right breathing technique and learning how to float are some of the key skills that are taught.

It takes about six weeks to learn, but this can reduce the risk of drowning by more than 85 percent.

We’ll be speaking to that trainer about the importance of water survival skills.
