Many of us are glued to our cell phones because we’re always on social media.
But some people are taking a break from it.
Obviously, social media connects us to friends and family members.
But research suggests that spending too much time on social media could lead to mental health problems like depression or anxiety.
Social media can also become a distraction, taking away from our everyday lives.
