Social media was ablaze this morning as word emerged about actor Jason Momoa shaving off his beard.
The star of “Aquaman” had not shaved in seven years, before it’s removal showed up on YouTube. Now rather than his shaggy, bewhiskered look, Momoa now shows off a chiseled jawline and a naked chin. It was revealed when he shaved for the camera in the middle of the desert to promote the use of aluminum over plastic.
“Plastic is killing our planet and I think I have a solution. … There’s one thing that can help our planet if we recycle, and that’s aluminum,” he said.
In the video he said about 75 percent of all aluminum that’s ever been used is still in circulation today and it’s 100 percent recyclable.
“You drink the can and in about 60 days, it’ll be back,” Momoa said.
The post was seen by about 1.465 million viewers.
