For most of us who went to high school, it was a right of passage.
We are talking about your prom.
And picking out that perfect dress is on the minds of many girls getting ready for the big day.
Cinderella’s Closet is helping out girls who are not able to buy that perfect prom dress.
All the girls are picked out by their school counselors.
Lots of girls have come in to pick out that special dress.
“We’ve had a lot of students said for financial reasons or whatever has happened in their family’s life or whatever if it wasn’t for this they wouldn’t be going to prom,” said Cinderella Closet executive director Cathy Colomo Riojas.
The students will receive a voucher for an updo for the perfect hair to go along with the perfect dress.
Also, seniors receive a dress for Graduation Day as well.
