Customers rave about their experiences dining at Chick-Fil-A.
But it might be even bigger than that. The fast-food chain has received an honor as having the best customer service of any fast-food franchise in the nation.
According to Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service report, Chick-Fil-A scores the No. 1 spot when it comes to fast-food customer service.
Sonic Drive-In is second, followed by Arby’s at third.
Newsweek surveyed more than 20,000 customers and considered five criteria. These included accessibility of customer service, customer focus, range of services, quality of communication and technical competence.
The company has made headlines in recent months with stories that illustrate their willingness to go the extra mile. Here in Corpus Christi, an interaction between a Chick-Fil-A employee and a disabled customer went viral. Others include the company opening on Sunday — something the chain typically doesn’t do — to help a teen with special needs celebrate his birthday.
