Inspectors with the Health Department were out at the AMC Theater off Greenwood today after a mouse was spotted inside one of the theaters over the weekend.
A man posted a video to Facebook on Saturday after he spotted a tiny mouse inside a theater.
Dozens of mice, some dead, were found by health inspectors in October inside the theater complex.
But in their inspection today, no mice or mice droppings were found.
AMC sealed off Theater No. 10 where the mouse was discovered. They say that part of the theater won’t be reopened until the mouse in question is found.
The Health Department thinks the mouse got in through a small hole or a door that was left cracked open.
The department says a number of follow-up inspections are planned.
Except for the one theater already closed, the rest of the complex will remain open for moviegoers.
