AMC Theater has announced a plan to clean up its facility after a rodent infestation that prompted complaints from patrons.
The company has hired a outside firm to provide extensive cleaning inside the facility. This plan aims to clean any contamination left behind by the mice.
One problem area is urine, which health officials say can be left behind on seats to provide a health concern.
The plan also will include a thorough inspection of the theater to make sure all the points of entry are sealed properly.
The mice need only a hole the size of a small finger to wiggle into an area to wreak their havoc.
