A mosquito spraying schedule for the rest of this week has been released by Vector Control.
Wednesday night, the area east of Everhart to Airline and South of Saratoga to Oso Parkway was sprayed.
Tonight, focus will be put on the Flour Bluff area, south of SPID, or routes 28 and 29.
Friday, Vector Control will cover the areas of North Beach and the Island, or routes 11, 30 and 31.
Wind speeds and weather conditions can change these planned routes.
Code enforcement will tackle large fields with drainage issues today as well. Mosquito briquettes will prevent breeding in areas that do not have sufficient draining and kill larvae before they mature into the adult pests.
