The storm is causing major problems in Port Aransas.
Resident Chris Butler has provided us with this video. Butler says Alister in Downtown Port Aransas is underwater. Highway 361 between Port Aransas and Corpus Christi is underwater. There are three spots between that are half a mile long where the water is so high, drivers are parking in the center median for safety.
Meanwhile, Butler says Highway 361 between Port Aransas and Aransas Pass is fine.
