It appears there could be another place to eat for folks who live in Flour Bluff.
You may have noticed demolition crews taking down a building at the intersection of Flour Bluff Drive and SPID.
According to city workers, the demolition is happening on land that is owned by Chick-fil-A.
However, city workers say Chick-fil-A hasn’t submitted their plans or applications for construction as of yet. For Chick-fil-A to begin their construction, they have to submit building plans for the city’s development services to review and approve them.
In the future, If everything is approved and construction begins, the new Chick-fil-A address will be located at 9601 SPID.
