A drug indictment out of Aransas County turned out to have a fatal flaw that’s leaving court officials a little bit red in the face.
"I just wish that more care had been taken in the onset of presenting this to Grand Jury so we didn’t all have to waste our time," Pam Heard, Aransas County District Clerk said.
The waste of time? The man Aransas County District Attorney Kristen Barnebey had investigated, indicted, and ordered arrested is dead and has been… for about six months.
