Slightly lower gas prices seen at nation's fuel pumps

Gas prices are dipping a bit lower, though the relief at the pump could just be temporary.

The average price for regular gas dropped two cents over the past three weeks to $3.39 a gallon.

That's still more than one dollar higher than a year ago.

Analysts say prices could start going up again, as crude oil costs continue to rise.
