CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — After some nice weekend showers, we are back to the hot and steamy business.
We'll have wall to wall sunshine and highs in the upper 90s.
There will be similar patter through Thursday and after that two things come into play.
Lower pressures will allow deeper tropical moisture to move in and a north wind aloft will server to produce some isolated showers from Thursday and on into the weekend.
Highs will drop down to normal August temperatures.

Wednesday: Sunny, hot and humid. High 96.
Thursday: Partly cloudy with isolated afternoon showers. High 94.
Friday: Partly cloudy with isolated afternoon showers. High 93.
