President Trump is planning to meet with the family of Spc. Vanessa Guillen on July 29, 2020, prior to the #IamVanessaGuillen bill being released.
The announcement was made by the Guillen family's attorney on Tuesday.
The family is planning to introduce the bill to protect soldiers to make sure what happens to Spc. Guillen doesn't happen again.
They will hold a press conference to introduce the bill to Congress on July 30, 2020.
