CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - Portions of Crosstown Expressway were shutdown for hours following a single vehicle accident that left one man dead.
It happened just after 9:30 Friday night near the Horne Road exit. That's where officers tell us a a 51-year-old male lost control while riding his motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
While the investigation is ongoing, Corpus Christi police tell us they believe speed may have been the main factor in the accident.
