CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — If you'd like to learn more about the history that Corpus Christi has to offer, your chance will be this Saturday at the Old Bayview Cemetery!
The 10th Annual Voices of South Texas kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday as Old Bayview Cemetery comes alive! There will be re-enacters ready to dive into the war heroes and families that inhabited this region long before modern civilization.
Karen Howden of the Friends of Old Bayview Cemetery Association says there will be Buffalo Soldier re-enacters, Civil War soldiers and other family members from some of the Corpus Christi's most prominent military servicemen.
Voices of South Texas is Free and open to the public.
Old Bayview Cemetery is at the corner of Ramirez Street and Interstate 37.
