CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Vet Center and Corpus Christi Animal Care Services (CCACS) are teaming up for "Pets for Vets."
The event takes place at the Corpus Christi Animal Care Services facility at 2626 Holly Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415.
The adoptions start at 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm this Friday, September 20, 2019.
At this event, Veterans will be able to adopt a pre-screened spayed/nuetered pet at the low cost of $22. The pet will also come with all the necessary shots, and their will be on-site training for the Veterans to handle their new furry friends.
