CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank received one last holiday surprise today.
Organizers of the annual lighting of the Shops at Lamar Park presented a check for $4,000 to the food bank.
The money came from a raffle that was held at the annual holiday lighting Shops at Lamar Park donated items for that raffle.
The money will be used to provide more than 15,000 meals in the community.
