CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Fitness demos and health resources were provided to anyone 55 years or older at the American Bank Center this morning.
It was part of the “Fall into Health and Resources” fair hosted by the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program and Senior Companion Program.
Health screenings for blood pressure, body mass index and glucose and kidney analysis were also available for free.
