CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Art Center of Corpus Christi has put out a call for new art for a new exhibit.
The theme is "Carnival: What does it mean to you?"
Submissions start today. Online submissions are due by October 11, 2019; and the exhibition is set for November 9 - 30, 2019.
There are a few rules for entry:
- Artists must submit two entries. A third entry can be submitted at no cost
- Entry Fee is $30. $25 for Art Center Members
- All mediums excepted, except for installations
- Entries must not exceed 72'' in any direction, including the frame
- 3D work must be manageable by two peopleAll Artwork must be for sale.
- 30% of sales are donated to sustain the Art Center
