CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Are you feeling an ache here, a pain there, are your kids sick, or do you know someone that has been diagnosed with a illness?

It can be tempting to jump online and seek medical advice online, but LULAC chapter No. 1 and the NAACP have a better idea.

They want you to join them at their annual Citywide Health Fair at Del Mar College West Campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The groups have joined forces with the college to host their annual free Citywide Health Fair Saturday at the college's West Campus at 4101 Old Brownsville Rd.

This initiative has led these two well-known community groups to gather area medical professionals from several health organizations to provide free health screenings.

This event will give adults in the community opportunities to get vaccinations, dental and oral screenings, diabetes screenings, nutrition demonstrations, health education, and tests for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.

The mission is to partner with area health organizations and positively impact the entire community, especially the medically underserved populations. Phone
