If you have a place to live and time to give, then consider adopting a pet from Corpus Christi Animal Care Services – maybe, even, our sweet Pet of the Week!
Palmera is a 4-month-old white female Domestic Shorthair cat. She was found in the middle of a busy street a few weeks back, and is now ready for life out of the fast lane! As it turns out, she seems to enjoy walking on a leash like some of her canine counterparts.
Although Palmera is ready to be adopted, she will not be spayed until after she is selected by her new family.
If you are interested in adopting any of the other animals currently being cared for by CCACS, go by 2626 Holly Road Monday through Saturday from 1:00 to 5:30 PM, or call (361) 826-4630.
You are encouraged to bring your family or any other dogs you have, in order to spend time with any animal you may be thinking of taking home.
Be sure to visit the CCACS Facebook page: www.facebook.com/corpuschristianimalcareservices.
You can also go to www.PetHarbor.com where you will find pictures and information on all of the animals who are brought to CCACS.
