CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — Warm and very humid conditions persist over the Coastal Bend through most of the coming work week, as upper-level disturbances induce showers only on Tuesday.

Skies will be partly cloudy midweek, with temperatures soaring into the middle 80s.

A Canadian cold front arrives Friday morning and will bring much cooler temperatures through the weekend.

It also will bring a good chance for rain and a few thunderstorms.

Rainfall totals through the weekend may exceed an inch by the first of next week.

Expect highs in the lower to middle 80s, then cooling to the 60s and 70s Friday through Monday.

Lows will be from the upper 60s to around 70, dipping into the 50s Friday through Monday.
