GEORGIA — A cargo vessel ended up on its side Sunday morning off the coast of Georgia.
Here you see that ship called the Golden Ray in the St. Simons Island Sound near Jekyll Island.
The US Coast Guard is leading search and rescue for the crew on board the ship.
Evacuations on-board the vessel were underway.
According to reports, the ship is a vehicle carrier that was headed to the port of Baltimore.
Officials haven't released a possible cause for why the ship is leaning.
At this point, there have been no reports of injuries.
