    The arrest of six CITGO executives, including one from Corpus Christi, raises questions on the company's future. That's because the refinery is part of the U.S. arm of Venezuela's state-owned oil company. Now, as a new regime in Caracas struggles asserts its control over the Venezuelan economy, we asked an oil and gas expert whether the arrests cast uncertainty on CITGO's future. Here's what she said:
